Introduction
An effective healthcare representative is one who can communicate with healthcare customers’ in their language!
The base of this language is the anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology of all the body systems, plus an understanding of how the healthcare industry operates.
The Smart Group’s Healthcare Representatives course has, since 1992, provided this background for representatives working for, or individuals wishing to work for, healthcare companies.
Training is conducted on a modular basis. Lectures are held on 13 Saturday mornings in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. The course may also be completed by correspondence (self study).
Delegates are assessed by self assessments, mini-tests, an examination, a territory assignment and a selling skills role-play.
Delegates who achieve a minimum of 70% overall receive a certificate
